After not posting for a long time (not that I posted much anyway) I have an extremely exciting announcement! Last Thursday my wife and I got to welcome our 2 little humans to the world!! They made their appearance a little early, 10 weeks early in fact, but they are both happy, healthy, and growing! After years of trying we finally managed to achieve what we were starting to think wasn’t meant to be on our third round of IVF. My wife endured so much last year between the IVF process and 2 brain surgeries to correct improperly draining spinal fluid which almost resulted in blindness. Luckily she listened to her body and got things checked out before they progressed. The pregnancy was overall pretty easy on her with fatigue being the biggest thing she had to contend with. We did have a few scares including a risk of delivery that required intervention at 21 weeks and water breaking at 28 weeks. Luckily they were able to stay put for an additional 2 weeks, but that meant my wife had to stay in the hospital that entire time with round the clock monitoring (and catching a corona variant requiring isolation). We still have a long road ahead in the NICU, but they are continuing to hit their milestones and requiring fewer monitors and treatment everyday! The nurses and doctors have been so supportive and helpful as we navigate this new chapter and we couldn’t be more thankful for that.

First decent haul with @cybertruck yesterday. 1200 lbs of concrete and a few 2x6’s. Could feel the weight but didn’t really notice any handling or acceleration changes. Efficiency was much better than I expected considering 80% of the drive was at 70mph and into wind.

After four years of planning, working and waiting we have a new addition to the family.

Neighbors are over and apparently we needed our makeup done.

First charging session with the @a2zev CCS1 to NACS adapter went great. Adapter worked well and feels really solid. Only difficulty I had was getting the adapter off the charge cable due to the tight fit and cold weather. Very excited to have this as another tool in my charging bag!

Awesome day hanging out with @cybertruck! We did so many fun activities and got to take plenty of people for drives. Played a fun game of musical vehicles and managed to make a space large enough to fit you (even though I know how much you love living outside). Unfortunately I have to take you back home in the morning but I promise to adopt one of your siblings soon!!

Hey @cybertruck, So, I was all ready to make our tax-saving dreams a reality, only to find out you're still not on the updated EV tax credit list. I'm out here, waiting patiently like a kid before Christmas, but Santa seems to have forgotten the Cybertruck on his list. Checked another item off the list yesterday and jumped out of a perfectly good airplane ✈️ I’m super proud of my amazing wife for concurring her fears and jumping first. She is content with “one and done” but I can’t say the same 😁

Beautiful day to work remote! Now just have to invest in a decent lightweight collapsible chair and table to make the trek a bit easier! Any recommendations?

Officially started my drive to Starbase today to try and catch IFT2! Been a long day of driving, but I’m now halfway with my next charging stop being in Texas!! Can’t wait to be back
