If a young person is opening up to you about their mental health, treat yourself as the reader of a book rather than an author. Avoid interrupting and give them your full attention. Create space for them to tell their story.
It’s going to be very cold tonight.
If someone is at risk of #roughsleeping or is on the street, please call the helpline: 03001232041.
This operates 24 hours a day (365 days per year).
The Outreach Team can then respond & support the rough sleeper(s).
