There is a lot of lessons that @SpaceX collects from testing & crashes of their vehicles. Without the crashes there is no data to gather knowledge from. The latest test at Boca Chica of the Starship SN8 is a great example. Their knowledge gathering processes are clearly imbedded.

Digital Transformation of African Government Processes is the key to gaining new knowledge. Offer a Unified Customer Experience through OmniChannels and then collect tonnes of data, analyse it, learn from it and integrate it. Always put citizens at the core.

Big question. Raises Qs for me such as: Are people encouraged to explore? Are there urgent focal points for action? Are online gatherings designed creatively? Is reflexivity encouraged and supported?

Absolutely Dave, however, lots of creative healthcare ideas in other African countries does not seem to be reach other African communities so they can learn and take what they can to make their situation better.
Constraints in some African Countries showed that the fact they could not depend on sophisticated health care systems meant they were more creative. No simple answers here

It depends on how organizations manage these arrangements. Can enhance if done strategically in ways that are a good fit for employees and the organization. Also need the right infrastructure and tools and must develop employee and manager competencies that support remote work.
