NEW KEEPER ALERT! ๐งค
We're delighted to welcome Sam Freeman to Corinthian-Casuals.
The experienced goalkeeper, who came through the Fulham academy as a youngster, has achieved two promotions in the last five years, with Whitehawk and Cray Valley, where he also played against Charlton at The Valley after reaching the FA Cup 1st round proper.
Sam spent last season at Phoenix Sports and Horsham YM, where he reached the play-offs.
"I've just looked around the place, and the club is amazing," he said on his unveiling. "It looks like it should be well above this level. The pitch, the stadium and the history has got me really excited about the season ahead and I just want to play now."
Asked what fans can expect from him as a goalkeeper, Freeman is unequivocal.
"I'm loud - very loud! I'm outgoing, I love to get on the ball, love to enjoy myself, interact and have fun. Most of all, I love to win."
We look forward to seeing Sam in action on the King George's turf. Welcome to Casuals! ๐ฉท๐ค
