I signed up on
@slashapp over a month ago, to deposit a check, only to be greeted with a glitch in their system that doesn't allow me to do it
After a whole MONTH of back and forth with the support team, and them telling me it's about to be done, the feature has still not been activated.
@slashapp I really want to enjoy your product and I'm sure it's great, but this is unacceptable
I get it, the feature is still in beta, but at least let me know upfront that there's no point in waiting instead of continuously reassuring me that work is being done to resolve this, so I don't waste a whole month waiting for your engineering team to do their job
