Mentors - there are excellent women in chemistry, so PLEASE nominate them! Of course they shouldn't win just for showing up, but they'll never get to swim unless they're in the pool!🏄♀️

Meine Erfahrung: hält man lange genug still (min. 1 Jahr) fliegt man automatisch raus... Ist natürlich trotzdem ätzend.

Since quite some time, every time I receive an invite by one of the @MDPIOpenAccess journals, I reply that I would like to get my email addresses unsubscribed. I do not like the journal policies of publishing an infinite number of special issues and their reviewing process.
