This is a wild generalisation. It is based on personal anecdote, not representative evidence.
Africa has 54 countries and more than a billion people with very different political views, so saying âmany Africans love Trumpâ without data is broad, subjective, and analytically weak.
At best, what Larry is really saying is, âI personally encounter a lot of Africans who support Trump.â That reflects his experience, not the continent.
Anecdote is not data, and personal encounters cannot be elevated into a continental conclusion.
Many Africans love President Trump's conservative values and straight talk. I said that on CNN and some accused me of lying.
Africa is not a monolith, of course, but I travel around it full time and I meet more Trump fans than haters. Where do you stand?
