A legend. Iâm so grateful to have spent a little time with him during the filming of @Kutshersdoc - he sat for a long interview AND let us use his live set in the film. I saw this footage 100s of times and he always made me laugh.

Freddie Roman (born Fred Kirschenbaum) passed away today at the age of 85. Born and raised in Jamaica, New York, his uncle and grandfather owned the Crystal Spring Hotel in the Catskills.
