Update: finally! After 4 weeks of frustration, 23 emails and 14 DMs my issue has been understood and resolved. Very grateful to the person who answered my most recent DMs this morning from @eon_next 💃💃💃
So far it’s taken 22 emails and almost 4 weeks for @eon_next to mess me about and still not address the main issue. Which is that they charged me for electricity units used before 1 April at the massively increased post-April prices. Wonder if email 23 will get any further… 🤞
