What is a quality assurance fee if everything is guaranteed fully functional. I call this dishonesty. Best to include tax in the price, but at least let your price before sales tax be honest. Adding nonsense fees will force me to take my business elsewhere.

Ordering groceries online, no, I didn't forget anything, yes, I've been through my cart countless times already. I know it's complete, so I don't want to complete it. Once I hit the checkout button, I only need the total, delivery address, payment method and to place the order.

Trying a nice-looking AI voicemail substitute. It notified me when someone spoke to it, but if someone hung up without speaking, I got nothing. Requested this as a personal feature, but they made it an upsell business subscription feature. Fusion Voicemail Plus is still the best.

It's not about COVID relief funding, it's about the tax we pay. I don't wanna be double-dipped, and I can't choose not to pay the transit tax. So either public transportation must remain fare-free, or the Durham County public transit tax must be repealed. I'll pay one, not both.
