ALT Visa Presale Details. The Visa Presale is an early purchase opportunity for qualifying Visa cardholders who are selected in the Visa Presale Draw. To enter the draw if you've never registered: Go to tickets.LA28.org, register for the draw, and check the box certifying you are a qualifying Visa cardholder. To enter the draw if you're already registered: Go to tickets.LA28.org, log in to your LA28 ID account, and update your registration by checking the box certifying you are a qualifying Visa cardholder.
