On May 20, 2026, LAFCU celebrated its 90th anniversary in style. We were given special proclamations from the mayor of each city where we have a branch. Visitors were treated to special cupcakes, special giveaways and festive balloons.

We celebrated #EarthDay with a contest where staff submitted photos showing how they were helping save the planet. Winning photos highlighted using a metal water bottle instead of plastic, recycling, reusable shopping bags, and a backyard with four ways to conserve.
