Last shift at Christiana hospital Core A. Fitting to end with strokes, trauma & cardiac cases today. Two more at Wilmington this week. Sad to say goodbye to lots of longtime friends and great people. Will miss co-workers immensely. I appreciate everything so many did as a team.
