The fault has now been fixed and those who were unable to use their codes can now go ahead and complete the annual canvass using the same codes.
If you confirmed your details on the phone to our Customer Services team you do not need to complete this again.
We're aware that due to a technical fault some of the codes sent in the annual electoral canvass email are not currently working. Those affected will receive a second email shortly with further guidance.
