Anyone who has had an interaction with police in Ontario can make a complaint to the #OIPRD. You do not have to be an Ontario resident to make a complaint
When the Community Safety and Policing Act (ontario.ca/laws/statute/19c0…) comes into force, the #OIPRD will have oversight of Niagara Parks Commission officers, the peace officers of the Legislative Protective Service, and any First Nations police service that wants our oversight
