Sober Birthday Today! 🎉 Twenty-one years ago today, I ended my relationship with alcohol It was poisoning me. It was deceiving me. It was controlling me I was addicted to a dangerous companion that held a power over my life I didn’t fully recognize. Alcohol is often referred to as “spirits,” and for many, it can lead into places of darkness, despair, and self-destruction One morning, while sober and deeply dissatisfied with the reflection staring back at me, I looked into the mirror and made a life-changing decision. Instead of turning to alcohol, I turned to Spirit I meditatively prayed: “I am listening. Guide me. I am ready to change. I am ready for healing, purpose, and happiness” With unwavering determination, faith, and guidance through God’s Word, I chose a different path I confided in only a handful of trusted people as I began my journey. Some friends and even family members stopped inviting me out because I was no longer their “drinking party girl.” There were moments of temptation. There were tests and challenges. But I refused to return to the darkness, recklessness, and emptiness I had left behind I took it one day at a time, moment to moment Just four months later, I had lost 19 pounds, was exercising four days a week, and had started a small business. I looked and felt damn good ya’ll! More importantly, I had reclaimed my life And I have remained sober ever since I did it! ❤️ If sharing my story helps even one person who is struggling with addiction, then it is worth telling Today, I pray for everyone fighting the battle of addiction—the demonic winnable war within May God speak to your heart, and may you have the courage to listen There is hope. There is healing. There is freedom One. Day. At. A. Time. 🙏🏾🪷

I figured out the ‘Karen’ antidote, pretend to be European and call them a Karen. In Austin they are 100% a California transplant 😂😂😂

Harvard researchers gave people identical small bruises, then sat them in rooms with rigged clocks. Some ran at normal speed. Some at half speed. Some at double speed. "The actual time in every room was identical: 28 minutes." What happened next was completely unexpected: "The wounds healed faster when people thought more time passed and slower when they thought less time had passed." "They all had the same injury and waited the same 28 minutes. The only variable was belief and expectation." "The lead researcher even later admitted he did not think it would work. But it did." If belief alone can change how fast you heal, what else is your perception of time doing to you?

That sudden, primal urge hits sometimes: sell everything, delete the apps, and disappear into a remote cabin deep in the forest. No notifications. No rent. Just axes, books, and silence. Who else feels this every few months?

As a Japanese watching the UK right now, I have one simple question. A Sudanese asylum seeker just tried to behead a local man in Belfast. The victim lost an eye. This comes after years of grooming gangs raping thousands of British girls — gangs that police and councils deliberately ignored because they were afraid of being called racist. In Japan, even one case like this would have triggered national outrage and immediate policy reversal. But in Britain, the conversation is still about “not being far-right.” British people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation? We genuinely do not understand this.

The skin of white people can be porcelain, alabaster, pink, peach, beige, golden, olive, and tan. Our eyes can be blue, grey, amber, green, hazel, and brown. Is there any other race with more variety? Doesn’t this count as diversity?

Mr. Beast proved that they don't want institutions or a foundational system on which to build civilization. He dug simple wells in water starved areas. The locals then proceeded to blame him personally because he wasn't coming back to maintain them.

There is a japanese legend that says: If you miss the bus, maybe you avoided the accident. If you got rejected, maybe you were saved from the wrong place. If they left, maybe they made room for who is coming. The universe protects you in ways that look like bad luck at first. Trust the detour. ✨🙌🏾💫
