The Council tax average Band D tax bill in England for 2023/24 will be £2,065 up from £1,965 in 2022/23 according to government figures. See LG Inform for the amount paid by residents in your area. Westminster has the lowest at £914 & Rutland the highest at £2,422 for Band D

See our Fly-tipping incidents report. Defra figures show 1,091,019 incidents in England for 21/22, down from 1,138,347 in 20/21. London bucked this trend with 21,015 (5.2%) more incidents. There were 506,969 enforcement actions in England, up from 455,467

See @LGInform's new DfT data showing the number of publicly available electric vehicle charging devices in your area. England now has 31,466 devices compared to 24,159 at the start of 2022. Coventry is now 2nd with 903 devices, after Westminster with 1,832

New @DWPgovuk data shows that there are a record number of Personal Independence Payment claims in England.
In Oct. 2022 2,609,559 people were on PIP, up by 307,091 from Oct. 2021.

% of people aged 40-70 that received an NHS Health Check of those offered for 2021/22 was 40.5%, with the highest rate 49.0% in London and the lowest 34.5% in West Midlands.

Diagnosis rate of dementia for people aged 65 in England (May 2022) is currently at 61.9% according to NHS Digital. South West region has the lowest rate at 57.3%. Pre-pandemic (May 2019) the diagnosis rate for England was 68.6%.

The Mean gender pay gap for English authorities for 21/22 is 5%. In 237 local authorities males are paid a higher hourly rate and in 61 females are higher. The pay gap 📉 in 41% of authorities since 20/21.

DfE figures for 2020/21 show the overall absence rate in primary schools in England fell to 3.6% from 4.0% in 2018/19, excluding COVID circumstances.
