2/3 Not only that, we were told we couldn't speak to a manager into Monday. THEN, after we ask to move rooms, the staff working gave us a key to a room that was OCCUPIED by another guest (that you didn't have on record). The bed bug bites since sent me to the ER with MRSA.

3/3 Better yet, we haven't even gotten our room refunded. I've already contacted the city to file a complaint. You can also expect to be receiving my medical bills. I would've hoped for better customer service from you! #badmanagement #ihg #bedbugs #staybridgesuites

Unfortunate for LSU and Iowa that this game has been tainted by the refs who refuse to let them play. The deserved better in the national championship.

My wife is very excited for me to go to Des Moines tmrw. Not because I get to cover my favorite team during my favorite sporting event, but because Illinois plays Arkansas and there's like a 3% chance I might bump into @mrBobbyBones. I've been told I can't leave w/o a picture.
