When the state tries to lure big businesses they show them your art, your diversity, your inclusion, your work as examples of Nebraskans. They don’t use your vile racist uncle or your angry neighbor. But that is who they legislate for.

I have now lived same city as my sister and our best friend for 5 years. My life is innumerably better and friendships are why. I will never be able to ignore that knowledge again. I work in a field that favors nomads, but happiness is more important.

Day 1 of @OutlandiaFest was excellent. @TheNational was a fantastic show. And @bandofhorses played all their songs I still rock out to in my car.
