ONGOING INCIDENT - E1, E4, L1, M2, HazMat Trailer, C-3 and C-1 are operating on 128 North at Route 2 for a 12-wheeler dump truck that rolled over. 1 party was injured and transported to a local hospital. Extensive cleanup is causing traffic backups. Avoid the area if possible.
