Outrageously bad service, two missed appointments, and then total denial by @GetSpectrum. And they call DirecTV evil??? Is there even a name for what they do?
@GetSpectrum Just raised my cable bill for the second time (25%/$40!) in the last year and won’t do anything about it. Great pricing strategy at a time when so many are cutting the cord. Now I know why “being on the Spectrum” means you don’t relate well or empathize with others.
