"Paleo" libertarianism is antithetical to the NAP and to the spirit of human freedom. Anyone can call themselves anything - but what *moves* them to act? Hate? Or love for their fellow human?

Everyone should be against FISA. With or without Bill Pulte or the SAVE America Act. FISA 702 is unconstitutional. It lets the government search Americans’ communications without a warrant. Add a warrant requirement as the Fourth Amendment demands—or leave it expired forever.

It doesn't matter that Elon's a trillionaire, it matters how he made it. His sweet heart back room deals (including buying Trump the election) allowed him to leverage government favor and subsidy more than anyone to date. If he had used the free market instead of leaning on his government buddies to help him get here, this would represent a monumental achievement. Instead it represents monumental corruption at the highest of levels. Our country doesn't have a money problem quite so much as we have a morality problem.
But taxing wealth so normal people can afford to see a doctor and not go bankrupt over inhalers is radical left. OK

Counterpoint @SenWarren - the US Federal government needs to spend less, not more. Your irresponsibility brought us to this:
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth. We need a wealth tax.

Ballot Access Update: Secretary of State, Dale Caldwell modified ALJ Courtney's ruling and accepted my nominating petition to be on the ballot in 2026. Thank you @DaleCaldwell for protecting equal access to the ballot. The Republican State Committee tried to kick me off the ballot. They thought I'd be ill prepared, unsupported and back down. They thought wrong 💋 Today was a win for the first amendment. A win for political speech. Congratulations to all the voters in District 7. You now have another choice on your ballot. Thank you to Joseph Fortunado Esq, all the Libertarians, Greens, Independents and others who helped connect me to the right people and to the right information to achieve ballot access. This affects us all. While today was a win, the question still remains, why is there a statute on the books that judges are compelled to enforce despite it being ruled unconstitutional over and over again? A statute that results in frequent modification, reversals and rejection by the Secretary of State. Does the State of New Jersey prefer to keep wasting the courts time? Do they want to continue burdening candidate campaigns that are already at a disadvantage? Why hasn't statute R.S.19:13-7 been amended to reflect accepting out of state circulators? I will be reaching out to our legislatures to rectify this. Your choices were almost limited this year. I was almost kicked off the ballot not because my petition was fraudulent, misleading or deficient but because they wanted to play games with technicalities to guarantee maintaining power. How many other candidates in the past had similar experiences but with a different outcome? Remember that when you fill out your ballot in 5 months. To paraphrase Mr. Fortunado in court on Tuesday "The two parties spend more of their budget kicking third parties off the ballot than third party candidates spend on their entire campaign." Think about what that actually means.

New Jersey does not appear to have a residency requirement for petitioners, only those signing. This is a bad ruling done to protect the old parties.
Integrity did not prevail today. Administrative Law Judge William Courtney ruled in favor of a position that has been consistently deemed unconstititonal. The first amendment is clear on political speech. Our freedom of speech has been violated. Having out of state circulators, paid or volunteer, is common practice in New Jersey and throughout the country by Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Greens and Independents alike. There is an entire industry built around this one task of achieving ballot access. Circulators are the ones holding the clipboard and witnessing the signatures. Those who sign still have to be registered voters in the district. I hope Secretary of State Dale Caldwell will reject the judgment recommendation as he did with CD12 candidate Sue Altman's challenge, two months ago for the same reason. I encourage everyone to contact the Department of State 609-292-6260 | Feedback@sos.nj.gov and tag @DaleCaldwell on social media with your opinions. My petition was not otherwise fraudulent, misleading or invalid. Hundreds of registered voters in District 7 signed my nominating petition. Those voters are now disenfranchised. The Republican State Committee has not challenged candidates in previous years who have had out a state circulators, why now? They see me as a threat. Tom Kean Jr. has been missing from congress for over three months. They are afraid to compete with a candidate who is not beholdent to corporations, lobbys, or billionaires. They are afraid to compete will someone who will fight to end war, end state surveillance and who will actually show up to her job. You see, this is not about election integrity. This is not about what's right for the voters. It's about eliminating competition. They hate competition. The Libertarian Party is the third largest political party in the country and deserves to have permanent ballot access in New Jersey. For too long, third parties have been systemically disempowered. Enough is enough. It's time for third parties to put our ideological differences aside and come together on this. I cannot do this without you. Do you want political change? Do you want your future to look different? Then it starts with ballot access. It starts here. I'm not giving up. Be well. Be free.

There are so many things to criticize Democrats over, but here you are slamming them for blocking unconstitutional spying on Americans. You absolutely suck at this.
As millions of Americans gather for large events and summer celebrations, Democrats just BLOCKED the FISA Section 702 national security statute, hampering our ability to detect foreign terrorist threats. This comes after Democrats shut down Homeland Security. This is a stunning and dangerous fact: Democrats are now willing to put petty politics over public safety.
Community note
The House vote to extend FISA Section 702 failed 198-218, with 19 Republicans joining Democrats in opposition. clerk.house.gov/Votes/2026221 nbcnews.com/politics/trump… politico.com/news/2026/06/1…

How many Orwells of dystopia is this pile of cow manure?? @SenSanders @SenPeterWelch @RepBeccaB To the Vermont delegation, Please realize that as long as you focus on data centers, you're de-prioritizing working on things like what's in this article. You have the seats in power to represent the people. Please PROTECT people from the Pentagon and Dept of Defense, and the military industrial complex as a whole - including law enforcement - from weaponizing systems like this. Preferably BEFORE we read an op-ed in the New York Times about a fully autonomous drone mistaking a child for a terrorist, or something equally horrible. dronexl.co/2026/06/09/pokemo…

Under FISA 702, the government collects massive amounts of data on Americans while “targeting” foreigners overseas. They then unconstitutionally search that data without a warrant for info on Americans. The “libertarian demand” he’s whining about is called the Fourth Amendment.
FISA 702 is the authority for surveillance on foreign soil—the core of all US security. A libertarian demand to make SecWar get approval from liberal DC judges (the ones who targeted Trump) is madness. No conservative aim is ever served through subservience to leftist DC judges.

We do not celebrate specific individual choices, we celebrate the individuals right to make those choices for themselves. If "equality of rights" is to be anything more than a hollow platitude, you MUST support that other people get to decide how they pursue their own happiness, so long as it's peaceable and not violating anyone else's rights. THAT is what Pride means to us.

On June 8, 1967, Israeli aircraft and torpedo boats attacked the USS Liberty in international waters off the Sinai Peninsula - despite the ship flying a large American flag. The assault lasted roughly 23 minutes. Israeli jets strafed the ship with cannon fire and napalm, followed by torpedo boats that launched five torpedoes (one of which hit). 34 Americans were killed (31 sailors, 2 Marines, 1 NSA civilian) and 171 were wounded (two-thirds of the crew). Israel called it a tragic case of mistaken identity. Many survivors and some U.S. officials have long maintained the attack was deliberate.

Trump is the symptom. The duopoly is the disease. The bipartisan agreement to marginalize and lock out all other voices, in service to the same corporate masters, complicit in the same myriad corruptions. Happy name your poison day @TheDemocrats!

De-ICE Citizens and Save Izzy Aly Visibility Event · Volunteer organized Saturday, June 6 1 – 3pm EDT Gravel Lot outside GEO Group Moshannon Facility 100 Graham Station Rd Philipsburg, PA 16866 About this event Join Indivisible: Mayday and thousands of people across the country to send Citizens Bank a clear message: financing private prison and immigration detention facility operators The GEO Group and CoreCivic is bad for business. These companies are accused of denying emergency medical care to people like Izzy Aly. Izzy is a man with stage 3 kidney failure and says that he is not receiving adequate care as his condition continues to deteriorate in Moshannon Valley Detention Center in Clearfield County, which is operated by GEO Group. A coalition of groups is fighting for his immediate release so that he can receive the required medical care. Citizens Bank is bankrolling the country’s two largest prison companies that are earning record profits operating dozens of ICE detention facilities. While most major banks have cut ties with CoreCivic and The GEO Group, Citizens Bank is deepening its financial support for these companies, which are already holding more than half of the 70,000 immigrants currently in ICE detention centers across the country. Citizens bank continues to do this despite widespread accusations of forced labor and wrongful deaths due to understaffing and medical neglect at their facilities. Humans within these facilities report that they continue to wither medically while Geo Group and CoreCivic deny any wrongdoing. We won't quietly stand by as Citizens continues to finance the private prison & ICE detention companies that are harming our communities. The 2019 exodus of banks from the industry in response to activism should be a reminder to us that our voices matter. Now it's time to use them. Visit de-icecitizensbank.org for more information and other actions you can take! A core principle behind all Coalition events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. We expect hosts to ensure all participants in your event uphold this commitment. We recommend all participants review a safety and security resource before your event, such as indivisi.org/safety. Accessibility Notes from the organizer: Parking will primarily be at the parking lot next to the Best Travel Inn located at: 1896 Philipsburg Bigler Hwy Philipsburg, PA 16866 Bring signs demanding proper medical care for those detained, demanding Izzy Aly be provided his desperately needed medical care, and demanding Citizen Bank stops serving as a bank for ICE detention. Have accessibility questions? Reply to your registration email to confirm your requirements or request more information.
