In the space of a week, I've had a paper accepted for publication in @JSATandF, presented a talk at the @BSC2024Strath conference in Glasgow, and, *most importantly by far(!!!)*, I had the absolute honour to marry @LVThurston!!! What a week!!!

Had the opportunity to facilitate a Criminology taster workshop today at @DerbyUni with some great Year 12 students from @RedhillAcademy. We did a little workshop centred around the theme of prisons. They were a really articulate and interactive bunch!

Last week, we took @DerbyUni Criminology, Policing & Sociology students to Berlin, inc visits to the Stasi Prison Museum & Sachsenhausen. They really seemed to derive a sense of enrichment from the trip, & engaged fantastically with our tour guides- they really did Derby proud 😊

📢Call for participants📢. I would like to hear neurodivergent-led orgs views on making DA perpetrator programs more inclusive. No expertise on domestic abuse needed. This builds on my previous two projects (see thread) with autistic and/or ADHD men & DA program providers.
ALT Research project recruitment ad. Durham University. The project is called Neurodivergent-led organisations' perspectives on supporting male perpetrators of domestic abuse, victims, and interventions. The recruitment asks you to get involved if you run or work for a neurodivergent-led organisation, if you have views on making services more responsive to autistic and or ADHD people and their families.
