In this crazy, scary time it is even more important to do this. We need to be leading with compassion now more than ever.
Kid who wasn't doing much pre-pandemic & is now super engaged? They were doing their best before and are doing their best now.
The honour roll student who was on top of their game before, and is now not doing any work? Still doing their best.
And yes, this goes for adults too.
