Last weekend at @wittyautomation we started learning GoHighLevel, and to be honest, I am still having mixed feelings about it.

One thing our instructor, @FikeDove , constantly reminds us is to trust the learning process and stay consistent. So, I am giving myself room to learn, explore, and understand GoHighLevel before forming a final opinion.

Who knows? A few weeks from now, I might come back and tell you that GoHighLevel has become my new favorite. For now, though, monday.com is still leading the race. Have you ever had a favorite tool that was later replaced by one you initially struggled to like?

The longer I stay on this automation journey with @wittyautomation, the more I realize that learning the skill is not always the hardest part. Staying consistent is.

There are assignments to complete, concepts to understand, and deadlines to meet, all while balancing work, family, and other responsibilities. That is why I appreciate one message that @FikeDove keeps emphasizing: consistency, discipline, and dedication.

Because success is rarely determined by what we do once in a while. It is usually determined by what we keep doing, even on the days we do not feel motivated.

One of the biggest lessons from my automation journey so far has been the value of structured learning. Before joining @wittyautomation, I had already taught myself a number of things.

That shift in perspective has been valuable. Sometimes the biggest benefit of structured learning isn't learning something new. It's unlearning the wrong things you've been doing for years.

Thank you to @FikeDove and @wittyautomation for making the learning process both challenging and rewarding.
One of the things I genuinely look forward to at @wittyautomation is the weekly wake-up call voice note from @FikeDove It is always refreshing, but beyond that, it is always a reminder that growth in tech, automation, and business is not just about talent.

It takes consistency, discipline, dedication, and showing up even when you do not feel like it. This week, we started learning Airtable, but interestingly, our assignment was still focused on monday.com. At first, I wondered why, then it clicked.

A lot of people are in a hurry to jump to the next tool without properly understanding the foundation of the previous one. But automation is not about knowing plenty tools, it is about understanding systems, workflows, structure, and how businesses actually operate.
Over the weekend, @FikeDove took us through the fundamentals of process mapping during our automation training with @wittyautomation, and honestly, it was an eye opener.

When knowledge only exists in one person’s head, the business becomes vulnerable. But when processes are documented and mapped properly, anyone can step into the system and still find direction.

I’m beginning to understand that automation is not just about tools, it’s about building businesses that can scale without chaos.
