Friday, and my last ever school drop-off for my eldest. Bittersweet, for sure. Consoled myself with a sweaty spin session and a lush Pilates class. Mind and body taken care of🌻

Early gym session today, lovely and cool too. Bumped into one of my gorgeous old bootcamp buddies, so lovely to see him, and nice to know I’ve been missed. Maybe I’ll start thinking about going back 😉 Shade, suncream and water is the way forward today guys 😘

Parkrun with my girls in this heat was equal parts brutal and brilliant 🥵 Sweaty, exhausted and definitely no selfies, but absolutely the best way to start the day 🌞 Enjoy the long weekend guys : stay cool, remember your SPF and water water water! 😘
