Working with the incredible mentees and mentors throughout the Accelerate 25 Programme has truly been one of the highlights of my year. Mentoring is such a powerful tool for instilling confidence and developing skills, and it's been so rewarding to witness the immense growth and progress of this year's cohort. The transformation I've seen in the mentees is a testament to the impact of this programme, and I'm grateful to have been a part of their journey.
