On Peace Officers Memorial Day, Largo PD honors the law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others. LPD Det. Brendan Arlington will be honored at today's National Peace Officers Memorial Service in Washington D.C.

LPD wants to ensure the community that 911 and non-emergency phone lines are fully operational. Calls for service are not impacted and officers continue responding to calls as normal.
