After over 2 years and many titles, including back-to-back EWC Club Championship with @FalconsEsport, beginning of this year we came to an agreement to redefine my role within the organisation, moving towards consultancy and advisory. ROBL Performance and I are therefor now serving as a non-exclusive consultant to the management, having stepped back from active involvement with teams and players since ultimo 2025. Over the past several months, we have engaged in constructive discussions about the next steps in developing the performance structure across the Team Falcons organization. Through these conversations, it became clear that a shift in strategy would benefit both parties and yet maintain the strong relationships - and friendship - that have been built. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to @Msdossary7 and @MuhAlmutairi for giving myself and ROBL Performance the opportunity to demonstrate our methodology, not only within a single team, but across a highly ambitious, multi-team organization such as Team Falcons. I will continue to support Team Falcons over the next couple of months, while carefully evaluating ROBL Performances next steps moving forward.
