Our blind spot is that we tend to think that it is other people that need to change. โ€œTHEY should speak up more,โ€ โ€œIf only THEY would listen more.โ€ Perhaps just form an intent around what you might #SpeakUp about or #ListenUp to today. Our small personal changes are meaningful.
