First week of full training done after some time letting my body rest and heal some nagging injuries. I guess I went through a “deloading” phase where I trained with far less volume than I am used to and didn’t really take any sets to failure. I can’t just not go to the gym, I will legit go crazy 🤪. But now that that’s done, it’s time to progress for what’s ahead in 2026 💪🏻
