- Abolish STT (we don't want double taxation)
- STCG at 15% if sold within 1 year
- LTCG at 10% if sold within 2 years
- ZERO LTCG if held for more than 2 years 🔥🔥🔥
- Capital gains up-to 12 Lakh included in Section 87A Rebate

I don’t buy any shares which trade above 60-70 PE and PEG ratio is more than 2. EMS industry fall in the category of high PE and high PEG ratio.
As on date, most of my companies are trading below 1 PEG, except one or two companies.
To research a micro cap
-Start with Dividend yields
-If they are paying dividend then move on
-If they are not paying dividend then look for ROe and ROCE
-If ROCE and ROe above 15 then move on
-If Roe and ROCE below 15 then check it’s CAPEX.
-If it has done CAPEX then ROCE and Roe will be lower for few years.
-If it doesn’t have CAPEX but low Roe and ROCE then stop there.
