Such a productive week in the studio. @steadystudios_ is very close to releasing our first mvp aimed at revolutionizing tech in education. YearBlocks was built to store, verify and distribute yearbooks using blockchain technology. Students should never lose the memories made.

I will coordinate between districts to ensure that we are able help where needed. Most have insurance to replace the units but all of you know what the supply pipeline is going to look like. In search of spares as a stop gap measure to prevent learning loss. Thank you in advance.

Our 1:1 meetings with the entire team went really well this week. Lots to reflect on but a large majority was positive. In our orgs we rarely is the term “manager.” Our Leadership team leads by example, not the whip. Alone you go fast but together we will go far. #ServantLeaders

Leadership is wrapping up our 1:1 meeting with the entire team this morning. Last question for them is always ”How we can improve as leaders?” New team members are caught off guard by that. Grow with your team, don’t live in an echo chamber.
