It's been a few months since I retired from competitive gaming, and I wanted to give everyone an update on my next chapter. After 10 years in professional esports, I learned that performance under pressure isn't determined by strategy alone. It's driven by what happens beneath the surface: communication, trust, leadership, and decision-making. I'm excited to start this new career path, using those lessons to train crisis teams, healthcare organizations, safety authorities, and other professional groups through Serious Gaming. My goal is to help teams strengthen the foundations that drive performance when it matters most.
