Unfortunately I missed out on going on the Santa Monica rollercoaster due to me being 4’9
Everywhere I go in the world I run into issues because of my height, at least in America the rollercoaster staff had a laugh and a joke with me about it instead of just straight up refusing me like they do elsewhere.

Had a bit of a crazy day, my phone fell out my pocket at one point and one of the staff saw and rushed to give it back to me. In a lot of countries that phone would be lost forever.
On the pier itself, I’ve never been anywhere quite like it. They had arcades, rollercoasters and restaurants all on a little floating structure above the water

First time trying Chipotle today, I had no idea how it worked but the staff were friendly and took me through it. We really need these in the UK because it was soooo good. Also, root beer? 😉
