Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who was involved in bringing my beautiful baby Nova into the world at @MFT_SMH The staff across ward 64, 65 and 66 were amazing to say the least. I had VIP treatment for the whole of my stay and nothing was ever too much trouble

Good luck to everyone getting A level results today. Remember your results donโ€™t lead you. I left school with 3 GCSEs but with hard work and determination I now have a diploma in nursing, a degree in midwifery and will be starting a masters in advanced practice in September!

Been thinking a lot about this. Are we really saying weโ€™re all comfortable with giving the highest-paid ยฃ50 off their restaurant bills but not giving the lowest-paid any access to statutory sick pay nor help to self-isolate? Donโ€™t know about you but Iโ€™m not. #EatOutToHelpOut
Delicious lunch at the White Horse in Hascombe - thanks to Paul and Sorrel Morganti and their great team and of course to โฆ@RishiSunak!โฉ #EatOutToHelpOut

What a kind gesture from @DunelmUK Received these hand made bags today for staff @BuryRochCO_NHS to put their clothes into whilst working on the wards. The added bonus was the 'thank you" card inside each one! #GreatlyAppreciated @NCAlliance_NHS

Absolutely devastated ๐Ÿ˜ญ there are no yellow mini eggs in my packet @CadburyUK I feel this should be mandatory when packing ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Or maybe bring out only yellow ones? Like orange @SmartiesUKI? #FoodForThought #innovativeidea

Decided I'd have a nice walk to the shop rather than be lazy and take the car. The sun made an appearance too ๐ŸŒž #AHPsActive #WeActiveChallenge2019

If you are a keen runner/footballer or looking to develop speed then don't forget to train the often overlooked Soleus! Give these exercises a go!
Soleus strength variations: I find the standing bent knee heel raise can be technically challenging for some; so here are 2 alternatives. Tip: don't be afraid to load up on the seated option! For more info on the why soleus is important, read my blog โฌ‡๏ธ premax.co/au/blog/achilles-tโ€ฆ
