Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who was involved in bringing my beautiful baby Nova into the world at @MFT_SMH
The staff across ward 64, 65 and 66 were amazing to say the least. I had VIP treatment for the whole of my stay and nothing was ever too much trouble

Good luck to everyone getting A level results today. Remember your results donโt lead you. I left school with 3 GCSEs but with hard work and determination I now have a diploma in nursing, a degree in midwifery and will be starting a masters in advanced practice in September!

Been thinking a lot about this.
Are we really saying weโre all comfortable with giving the highest-paid ยฃ50 off their restaurant bills but not giving the lowest-paid any access to statutory sick pay nor help to self-isolate?

Soleus strength variations: I find the standing bent knee heel raise can be technically challenging for some; so here are 2 alternatives. Tip: don't be afraid to load up on the seated option!
