@USAA Your Survivor Relations personnel do not understand the phase of an Affidavit of Successor Trustee that states “When more than one Trustee is serving concurrently under this Trust, the signature of any one of them is sufficient to conduct business on behalf of this trust."

I have been on the phone for 92 minutes so far. The USAA representative says she has checked with her manager, and neither one understands that statement.

This is simply to cancel umbrella and renters insurance. Vanguard and Schwab have understood this statement and changed ownership on investment accounts, as has Lincoln Financial, which has paid out on a life insurance policy with one co-trustee signature.
If, per chance, Trump leaves office during his term and Pence is found guilty of something that makes his ascension to the Presidency unlikely, could the Agnew series of events be replayed? #samrich2017
