imagine a const subnet with the most tao recycled in a day being under .01 right now

9 out of top 15 subnets earning the most tao emissions burning over 89% of miner emissions going to be interesting to see if any of these projects burning 100% of miner rewards get slashed

i don't know about you guys but i love the winner take all subnets with 0% miner burn sn3, sn66, sn97, sn120 all has const's hands on it

mining on bittensor means participating in the most open, challenging, and creative competitions in the world every day

so i took a little break on the mining push w/ arbos had some trouble hooking up chutes api to it so pivoted to hermes used chutes api and specifically the glm 5.1 model, which has gotten rave reviews 2 days i trained a model on bitmind using its dfresearch repo had some back and forth with dependency errors then finally actually submitted my first model on bittensor feels good man, more to come

bittensor is the cheat code for innovation

and the road to a trillion parameter run begins...
It’s happening right now. Const just registered a validator on SN3. Forked the Templar repo. Called back the miners. Tegridy is already running subtensors. The subnet only needs stake and validators to run. The old owner controls hyperparameters but not the network itself. Const’s words: “Forget the subnet owner key. All we need is stake to get the subnet going again.” 30 minutes. That’s all it took. Validator registered. Repo forked. Miners showing up. 100% emissions coming back. Let’s train 1 TRILLION🔥

near: 1B $near fully preminted at genesis (Apr 2020); ~14% core team, ~22% backers/investors, ~10% foundation (most vested/locked). icp: ~469M $icp preminted at genesis (May 2021); ~25% seed investors, ~24% DFINITY Foundation render: 536.87M $rndr pre-minted (2017 ICO); ~25% sold in public/private sales, ~65% escrowed to OTOY/partners, 10% reserve. $tao: fair launch, nothing pre-mined

one thing that has been extremely distasteful and disgusting to come out of this covenant ai incident is the racism against nigerians don't pigeon hole an entire society because of one person's actions sbf is an american do kwon is korean satish kumbhani (bitconnect) is indian ruja ignatova (crypto queen) is german scammers come from all places i personally know and have interacted with lots of noble and very talented people from nigeria who contribute to the bittensor ecosystem don't make this incident a race thing. hold the individual accountable. don't blame it on a country.

i see a lot of "influencers" coming out of the floodgates pounding the point that bittensor's emission subsidies aren't sustainable however, look at some of the most successful companies in the world apple, tesla, amazon, intel, uber, airbnb, boeing, openai just to name a few other than openai, which i assume will be profitable one day, all became profitable after being highly subsidized for years subnets on bittensor building sota a.i. models, top serverless compute platforms, announcing world class partnerships some are already profitable, and not a matter of if but when others are too the subsidy argument doesn't hold water
