We have launched our new Move Barometer this week for anyone moving house or thinking about it. It provides information on the current guidelines and also what home movers can do safely to progress their moves. Would love your feedback on it. homeownerspassport.com/

What happens to the property industry post lockdown? Well unless we get conveyancing timescales down massively, aside from all the challenges to home movers, expect thousands of estate agents and solicitors to go out of business waiting 5 months to see any cashflow again.

Nope, I don't think I would.
Would you think about moving home at the moment? If you were in the middle of moving home, would you continue, if you didn't have to? #coronavirusuk #covid19UK

Really looking forwards to getting going on this piece of research. Gamification can be a scary word in the world of legal, but we have to get to grips with this concept if we truly want to be delivering consumer centric legal services.

Delighted for @HSW_solicitors for their highly commended award at this year's Law Society Excellence Awards for their input into our Home Owner's Passport. Their help in the design process meant we ended up with a tool which helps both movers and lawyers.
So proud to have been shortlisted for the #LawSocAwards. We didn’t win but have been Highly Commended which is fantastic. Massive congratulations are due to our partners @legaledge #teamwork
