🌳 Exciting improvements are coming to Diana Way Play Area in Caister! 🛝 Today, our officers were on site to discuss plans for the future of the Diana Way play area and answer questions about the upcoming improvements. Diana Way has been identified as one of the play areas set to benefit from the borough-wide £740,000 investment programme to improve play areas. The funding includes £323,129 from Great Yarmouth Borough Council, alongside £308,000 from the Government's Pride in Place programme and £90,000 in Section 106 developer contributions. As part of the project, some existing equipment which has already been fenced off will need to be removed due to safety concerns. This work will take place ahead of the installation of new play equipment, while ensuring the play area can continue to be used wherever possible.
