We should hold a protest against (In)Justice Bahati Mwamuye's disastrous ruling on underage sex. The judiciary must understand that the vast majority don't want their children engaging in sex. They want the innocence of their children protected, and defended.

As a former staff of that office, I understand why the AG would boycott some proceedings. There are benches that already have a predetermined decision against the AG so why dignify them with an appearance just to give the judgement legitimacy?🤷♂️ Let the court do as it pleases.

The 3 judge bench in the Procurement of external counsel 5(2)(b) ruling (for lack of a better word) has again called out the office of the AG for lack of participation despite being served.
What is going on in that office? I dont remember a single reign that the AG was called out this much. Again, the lack of participation in critical public interest matters is alarming.
We can do better.
