@qatarairways trying to be cheap at SFO. Weighing carry on bags and NOT allowing additional laptop bags/combining weight for both. Losing future customers quick. Emirates and Turkish MUCH better experience.

After so much time I don't want to continue fighting, so I accept the agreement even though I don't agree.
Of course I will never travel with Qatar again and I will advise all my friends and family not to do so…

How long does it actually take to get a refund from @qatarairways? My refund request has taken over 18 months with over 10 unanswered emails and countless chat messages and phone calls, yet I have not been refunded.

this is a dangerous company to give your credit card details to, i’ve never witnessed such a lack of professionalism. If you see there are many other comments replying to their tweets from other customers that felt they were scammed. This company is scamming people.

Never ever make the mistake of flying @qatarairways or using the Lagos office to pay cash. @qrsupport do not know what they are doing. the Lagos office will frustrate you to the point that you will leave ur refund for them, its the tactics. so for ur own good be wise. #Nigeria

@qatarairways Lagos office has no customer care contact details; the phone number there is just for booking flights. Once your money gets into their hands, you can no longer get it back. When you request a refund, they will no longer reply to your emails or answer calls. Beware

This is so bad, i had return flight (for 2 travelers) and you cancelled my flight because I did not travel to 1 way. I had informed the lady there at the counter and they told me there is no issue. Now you are asking me to pay fare difference. So bad
