I don’t think we can ever really say this enough, but if you’re an NHS worker just coming off shift, or about to go on shift, you have the gratitude of an entire nation. Sending you love and strength and thanks beyond words. None of this will be forgotten.

Us social care staff are exactly the same. I am part of the short term and urgent support care team, we also take in hats service users so we will be dealing with those who have it. We all need to stay safe, keep physically and mentally health. People need to stay in.

Alan is an extraordinary writer who manages to capture the lives of ordinary people and present the stories in an accessible manner.
One of his most poignant and, indeed, most loved dramas was 'The Boys From The Blackstuff'.

I have a #disability . My husband has Asthma. He's also a lot older than me.
We don't have a car, so shop locally every couple of days.
Please think of others. Not just yourselves. It's important!
