VULNERABILITY
That little thing deep inside you that makes you feel weak, that makes you blush, that makes you stumble. Who makes you doubt yourself, who scares you.
But guess what?
It's also this beautiful young lady who makes you human, who makes you real, who makes you authentic
Vulnerability is openness to the unknown,
to the possibility of failure, to the fear of failure. But it is also openness to learning, to growth, to evolution.
Exercise 1: Take a sheet of paper and a pen (don't worry about the trees, we'll go and replant them). Write a list of your fears, your doubts, your failures. Look them in the face. Learn from them. Because that's it,

Exercise 2: Identify a person in your life in whom you can confide. And do it. Talk to him about your fears, your doubts, your failures. Because it is by sharing your vulnerabilities that you become stronger
Exercise 3: Every day, do something that scares you. Whether speaking in public,
ask for a raise, say no to someone, whatever. The important thing is to confront your fears
Vulnerability is not an option. This is what makes you human
