Rumors are swirling that the creator space is about to get a massive upgrade with the upcoming Dreamina Seedance 2.0 mini. 🚀 aisecret.co/dreaminaseedance… The word in the AI community is that this model will deliver visual quality dangerously close to the flagship Seedance 2.0, but with a highly accessible price tag. 💡 If this turns out to be true, it is an absolute game-changer for digital artists who rely on premium video generation but have been boxed out by high execution costs. We are watching the cost curve for high-fidelity AI video generation drop in real-time, which is a massive win for anyone building in this space. 🔥 Seriously hyped to see what Dreamina officially brings to the table and what this unlocks for the community. #dreamina #dreaminaseedance2mini

Voice AI costs have been one of the biggest blockers for consumer apps — every real user session just eats tokens. Inworld cutting prices ~50% across TTS, STT, and LLMs is the kind of move that actually lets people scale. If you’re signing up in June they’re also giving double credits on the first month. Huge for anyone building real products.
We want to make AI accessible for everyone, so we're reducing our API prices by ~50%. Consumer AI growth is still blocked by model costs. 97% of consumer AI users will never pay. But every session still consumes tokens. This is the math we've found every consumer AI developer is stuck with. The model pricing they're forced to use, was built for $300/mo enterprise seats, not $10/month consumer subscriptions. So we're taking a step to solve this with reduced pricing across TTS, STT and LLMs. Teams like Wishroll, Biblechat, Talkpal, and Luvu are already seeing 40-95% reductions in their AI costs. Full breakdown on our blog: tinyurl.com/InworldBlog Pricing details in bio link.

Everyone’s talking about Hermes Agent right now — the open-source self-improving agent is seriously impressive. I’ve been using Buda as the cloud-native upgrade: multiple agents coordinating in real time, shared persistent memory, and an Organizer that breaks down complex goals. No server management needed — it just runs 24/7. Check it out at buda.im/sign-up?ref=SPMKCEAZ if you want the full AI company experience.

You don’t need to reshoot. You need Aleph 2.0. Shot a quick beauty product video but the lighting was off? Background too plain? With Aleph 2.0 in Runway’s Edit Studio I: → Relit the entire scene with golden hour warmth → Swapped the model’s outfit color instantly → Added subtle VFX particles floating around the product All from one original clip. Camera motion, timing, and subject consistency preserved perfectly. This is the shift from “generate new video” to “edit the video you already have” — and it actually works. Preview the change on a single frame before committing. No more wasting credits on bad generations. Huge time saver for daily content creators and small brand teams. Runway now has Aleph 2.0, Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.0 and GPT Image 2 all in one place. Aleph 2.0 is live on Runway now - runwayml.com/letsgrowithai-a… Get22% off 2 months of Runway Pro with code ALEPH2 - valid through May 31, 2026."

When every trader has the same AI, the top 5% still win. Because the difference isn’t the tool — it’s the mental model. Capafy packages that edge as a Skill you own forever.
A question has stayed with me for years:   When generic AI becomes capable of every kind of intellectual work humans do, what's left for human value? Where does competitive advantage come from?   I think I found the answer this year. Two things made it click.   First, the stock market.  I'm in the top 5% of US equity returns.   Trading is one of the cleanest experiments you can run, because everyone has access to the same tools: same charts, same news, same models. Today most traders use ChatGPT or Claude to research positions. Ten years from now, every trader will. And yet — the market will still have a top 5% and a bottom 20%. Same AI, same data, same access. Different outcomes.   Why? Because the same model gives different work to different people. The questions you ask, the angles you pursue, the patterns you notice: these are downstream of your mental model. The top 5% and the bottom 20% use the same tools differently, because they think differently. Mental model in, work out.   Second, OpenClaw.   When Skills started spreading this year as a real format, it hit me — a mental model isn't an abstract thing. It can be packaged. The way a top-5% trader actually thinks through a position — the questions they ask, the order they ask them in, the things they refuse to ignore — all of that can be written down as a Skill. And once it's a Skill, anyone can run it.   Which means: a top-5% trader's mental model, packaged as a Skill, run by someone in the bottom 20%, doesn't just give that person a tool. It gives them a different mind for the duration of the work.   This isn't only true for trading. Every field has its top 5% and its long tail. Every one of us is in the top 5% of something, and the bottom 20% of many other things. Which means every one of us has a Skill worth packaging — and a thousand others worth running.   That's the moat I think AI leaves us with. Not the work itself : the AI will do that. The packaged way you do the work, the difference between your output and the average — that's the part that compounds, that earns, that lasts.   Capafy is built on this idea. You package your edge as a Skill. When someone runs it, we spin up an isolated sandbox just for that run — your Skill executes inside, the user gets the output, but the Skill itself never leaves the sandbox. Closed-source online. Your method never leaves you. Every use pays you.   In ten years, the question won't be "do you use AI." Everyone will. The question will be: Whose Skill is loaded into your AI.   Maybe it comes from your own coding experience. Maybe it comes from years of industry expertise. Maybe it even comes from a top 5% US equity trader.   That's the moat.

Xiaoyin’s post reminded me why I got into this in the first place: the dream of building something massive without needing a massive team. Tycoon delivers exactly that — an AI CEO that actually works for you 24/7. Feels like the real beginning of the one-person company era.
Today, we launch Tycoon.us @tycoonai: the world’s first operating system for one-person companies. Everyone gets an AI CEO infinite AI employees(coding, marketing, ops etc.) A year ago, I became the first human CEO replaced by an AI CEO named Astra. Astra helped companies reach 100K users and $1M ARR in 30 days. That experiment became Tycoon. Today, Corporate America(e.g. Meta) is telling one story about AI: Fewer people. Fewer jobs. Fewer humans needed. Fuck that story. I believe the opposite. For the first time, one person can build with the operating power of an entire company. One founder. One AI CEO. Infinite AI employees. You text Astra your ideas, goals, tasks, and questions. - She strategizes, assigns work to AI employees, reviews progress, and makes sure it gets done. - She can manage up to 1,000 agents in parallel, 24/7, while you sleep. Tycoon includes built-in AI employees for engineering, marketing, research, content, SEO, finance, legal, support, and video. Astra can also manage Claude Code and Hermes Agent. The old company was built around headcount, managers, meetings, and layers. The new company starts with one person and a dream. Execution belongs to machines. Vision belongs to humans. That is what Tycoon is for. Start your one person company today! tycoon.us/

The real unlock isn’t just remembering that the test command hung—it’s turning that frustration into a permanent rule so the agent never repeats the mistake. That behavioral layer is what finally makes daily coding feel less like groundhog day.
Claude Code can now self-improve with this plugin. Introducing claude-smart — an open-source plugin that helps Claude Code learn from every session. Memory helps Claude Code remember what happened. claude-smart helps Claude Code improve what it does next. Example: Claude Code runs `npm test` without `--run`, and the command hangs in your repo. Memory stores: “npm test kept hanging.” claude-smart learns: “When running tests in this repo, use `npm test -- --run` because default watch mode hangs.” claude-smart’s learnings are reusable and actionable, even across different projects. It can also reduce unnecessary planning iterations and token use by 70% on similar future tasks. Runs locally. 100% open source. No data is shared. Install: npx claude-smart install With Codex: npx claude-smart install --host codex GitHub: github.com/ReflexioAI/claude…

What stands out to me is the quiet confidence in “safely.” Most agent talk skips that part. Bridge putting it front and center feels like the responsible next chapter we actually need.
Today, Bridge officially begins testing. For a long time, AI has mostly been a place to chat. We think the next step is letting agents safely use your computer to finish real work. Bridge is our first step toward that. Join the test: bit.ly/4dkJeGn #AgenticAI #bridge

Finally a router with true zero markup. Adaptive routing is already cutting my costs 70-80% by matching prompts to the right model instead of always using the most expensive one. Early builders are winning here.
1/ OrcaRouter goes live today! The other LLM routers tax you ~5% on every token. OrcaRouter doesn't take a cut. Here's how that works, and why it matters for what you're building ↓

model=auto picking the cheapest capable model per request? That single line just deleted weeks of custom logic across our team. Loving the MIT BYOK approach. → Real respect for builders.
Every product team has a 30-line file in their codebase called pick_model.py. Nine if/else branches. Three retry decorators. A hardcoded fallback to gpt-3.5. A comment that reads "TODO: this should not exist." We open-sourced OrcaRouter-Lite, a self-hosted LLM router with a prompt cache that works on every provider you plug in — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, anything. Your keys. Your cache. MIT. • OpenAI-compatible drop-in (any SDK) • BYOK, single workspace, no Postgres/Redis required • model="auto" → cheapest capable model per request • Send the same deterministic request twice → second call returns in milliseconds for $0 • 100 models, 127 tests docker compose up and you're routing. github.com/Continuum-AI-Corp… Hosted version drops later this week.

Prompt whispering is officially outdated. We used to spend more time engineering prompts than actually creating. Tweaking words, adding weights, regenerating endlessly… hoping the AI would finally understand. Uni-1 changes that game. From Luma AI, this model doesn’t wait for perfect instructions. It reads your intent and reasons through the rest — delivering thoughtful composition, strong structure, and consistent results on the first try. What stands out immediately: → Outputs feel smart and deliberate → Complex scenes hold together → Edits are simple (just tell it what to change) → Consistency actually works across generations And the big news: Uni-1 is now live as an API.This unlocks a whole new level. You can integrate it into apps, automate workflows, power your own tools, or scale creative production without limits. No more being chained to the web UI. Now you can truly build with it. This isn’t just another image model. It’s a step toward AI that collaborates like a creative partner. Big shoutout to @LumaLabsAI for making this happen.Ready to build? Try the API here → lumalabs.ai/ai-girl-uni-1-ap…

Seeing Norton bring enterprise-grade privacy to an AI-first browser is low-key revolutionary. No more hoping my extensions are enough. For me, the real win is the “all on by default” mindset — it shows they actually get how most people use the internet.
Most browsers give you AI. Then quietly track everything you do with it. Neo gives you the AI and locks down your privacy at the same time. > Norton VPN built right in. > Fingerprinting blocked across 11 signal types. > Phishing caught before you ever click. All on by default. No extensions. No setup. No fine print. Because you shouldn't have to choose between a powerful browser and a safe one. go.neobrowser.ai/55 🩵
