To create QR Codes on an iPhone:
Use the Built-in “Make QR Code” Shortcut
1. Open the Shortcuts app.
2. Tap the Gallery tab at the bottom.
3. Search for “Make QR Code” or “QR Code”.
4. Tap the shortcut (often under Starter Shortcuts) and add it to your library.
To use it:
• Copy text, a URL, or contact info.
• Run the shortcut (tap it in your library or add it to your Home Screen/Siri).
• It generates a QR code image you can save to Photos, share, etc.

News: Elon said on the Q4 2025 earnings call Tesla will stop making the Model S and X in the second quarter for this year to make room for the production of Optimus in Fremont, CA.
They will continue to support all Model S and X owners moving forward. If you want one, you will need to buy one soon.

Business owners and leaders who don't understand what is happening with AI are doomed. The same is true for employees. I'm not trying to create fear but instead trying to help you pivot at this important moment.
Most of my friends are uninterested in AI. Those that run businesses have to understand that the competition will run them over in the near term with a lean organization full of AI talent in critical roles.
Do yourself the biggest favor and watch this 15-minute video. It shows exactly how highly skilled employees will be replaced quickly by employees who embrace AI. *While this video is about software developers, the same point about leveraging AI is true in most roles including marketing, accounting, etc.
Yes, it is a bit technical but don't worry about it, just understand the gist. The example of hiring a 2-year developer with AI skills instead of the 10-year developer who is uninterested in AI should be profound for some of you.
Last point: To all my friends, become highly interested in AI now. Not just for your job but to use this power (magic) to improve your life. And I'm not talking about cleaning up an email or a post with ChatGPT or similar. Think bigger, such as any friction you have in life and learn how to leverage AI to run through those barriers. This will separate the haves from the have-nots rapidly.

BREAKING: Tesla has released its 2025 proxy, and it includes an unprecedented $1 trillion pay package for Elon Musk (if he meets all objectives).
If Elons wants to receive the full award, he will need to create $7.5 trillion in shareholder value, making @Tesla an $8.5 trillion company. The plan spans 10 years.
The additional shares Elon could receive would push his stake in Tesla to at least 25%. There are 12 tranches, with each worth about 1% of the company. The first one would come at a $2 trillion market cap.
To capture each tranche, Elon not only has to meet a market cap milestone, but one of the operation milestones as well. Meaning if Elon doesn't deliver, he gets paid nothing, making this a very shareholder friendly one. Elon will have to hold the new shares after he receives them for 7.5 years.
Tesla: "The 2025 CEO Performance Award similarly challenges Elon to again meet a series of even more aspirational goals, including operational milestones focused on reaching Adjusted EBITDA targets (thresholds that are up to 28 times higher than the 2018 CEO Performance Award’s top Adjusted EBITDA milestone) and rolling out new or expanded product offerings (including 1 million Robotaxis in commercial operation and delivery of 1 million AI Bots), all while growing the company’s market capitalization by trillions of dollars."
