Hi @Shredit_UK the last four years my bills have been between 93 and £95 per pick up. Now it's jumped £145. Thats some inflation

£488.9m owed in rent in London alone at the moment. The scary thing is the vast majority of that debt is with landlords who self manage. Thoughts?

Interestingly, Foxtons have increased their market share by 16.7% in the last 2 years (Market Share 2018 3.921% vs 4.576% in 2020). Thoughts please? Good and Bad
