This campaign cycle was ugly against Dems across the board. My opponent spent over $600k on negative ads on tv alone. We expected it. We prepared for it. And we did the opposite — we stuck to the facts and ran our race with dignity and integrity. And I’m really proud of that.

Kunze is one of the politicians whose voting record made me lose hope that lobbying alone could stop extremism.
She was often sympathetic, but she capitulated to extremists within her party every vote so she would get campaign contributions for her competitive general election.
