The countdown to the Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup Final is on. Rugby player Ian Tucker - who died in 1996 at 23 - revealed as Australia’s first diagnosed case of #CTE. Brain study was published anonymously in 1999.
Turns out he died of second-impact syndrome playing for Oxford. Had a #concussion ten days earlier. theaustralian.com.au/sport/r…

It's a powerful Leinster performance 21-0 BUT,
Two penalties to touch from Munster both landed, not on the 5m, but 10 metres from the try line. This adds way too much work on the Munster lineout maul. Little things matter hugely
