After doing a quick Google search for the Cloudflare account ID, we found a forum post by a user named Kyle Schutt who is asking for help developing a NextJS website on Cloudflare, posting the same account ID as the DOGE website in their forum post.

Imagine putting together a 500 piece puzzle, but you only have an hour and a half to do it every day. At the end of that hour and a half, you have to put the puzzle back in the box. Also, every 20 minutes someone comes in and throws the puzzle on the ground.

Torturing this puzzle metaphor... A good engineering manager will: 1) Check the box has all 500 pieces 2) Stop people from entering the puzzle room 3) Help you find pieces when you're stuck 4) Pre-sort all the edges and corners
